APL TAIPEI, taking place at the Asia Poker Arena in Taipei, Taiwan, has now entered the second half of its series. On June 13, the seventh day of the series, all Day 1 flights of the APL Main Event wrapped up, and a Netflix star emerged victorious in the High Roller event.

Day 1E of the Main Event started at 11:00 AM, followed by Day 1F at 6:00 PM. Day 1E attracted the highest number of entries for the series with 409 participants, while Day 1F brought in 205 entries. In total, the APL Main Event recorded 1,178 entries across all its flights.

The top 15% of each flight’s field advanced to Day 2 and secured payouts. As a result, 176 players moved on to Day 2, which will begin at 11:00 AM on June 14.

A new High Roller Turbo event was also added to the schedule that day. In this event, Netflix star Jung Seungmook (7high), known for his appearance on The Devil's Plan 2: Death Room, claimed victory.

Jung Seungmook defeated Belgium’s Kristof Segers, who had won the High Roller Single Day V the previous day, in a heads-up battle to secure the NT$314,440 first-place prize and the trophy.

In addition, the #46 ES STUDIO Mega Stack event, held in collaboration with Korea’s popular pub brand ES Studio, kicked off at 12:00 PM and drew 134 entries.

Kim Yool emerged as the winner of this event, earning NT$323,496 and the trophy.

Another Korean champion was crowned in the #50 Speed King event, where Jeon Byeongmin triumphed over Japan’s Isabelle Global ambassador Uda Chinatsu in heads-up play to win NT$123,067 and the trophy.

At 1:00 PM, the #47 15K K.O Bounty Turbo 4K/Bounty single-day event took place. Wu Chiayun of Taiwan won the title, taking home NT$130,076 and the trophy.

In the #48 8 Game event, Canada’s Andy Chen won NT$83,260 and the trophy. In the #49 PLO Bombpot Double Board event, Singapore’s Guofeng Hoe secured NT$115,552 and the trophy.

Japan’s Sho Miura won the #51 Hyper Turbo event, earning NT$94,210 and the trophy. Meanwhile, in the #52 Late Night Madness Ⅵ event, Hong Kong’s Tsang "Dicky" Siu Hang claimed NT$52,701 and the trophy.
