The 10-day schedule of APL TAIPEI, held from June 7 to 16, 2025, has successfully concluded. The final highlight at Asia Poker Arena in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, was the Main Event victory by player Hyundong Lee.

The #31 APL Main Event ran for six days from June 11 to 16, featuring six Day 1 flights over three days and drawing a total of 1,178 entries. This pushed the prize pool from the original guarantee of NT$21,000,000 to a final total of NT$26,462,592, an increase of about NT$5 million.

On the final day of the series, June 16 at 12 PM, the Final Table of the APL Main Event began with nine players. It was broadcast live via the official CTP Club Twitch channel.

After about 8 hours of play, a heads-up match was reached between Korea's Hyundong Lee and Taiwan's Wu Chiayun. With the trophy in sight, the two pledged to a fair match before beginning the heads-up.

Following an intense battle, Hyundong Lee emerged as the final champion. Through a deal made during a 3-way situation, he claimed the winner’s prize of NT$3,629,173 and the APL Golden Spade trophy.

On the same day, the final multi-day event of the series, the #60 Micro Main Event, also concluded. The title went to Australian player Jonty O'Brien, who took home NT$380,823 in prize money.

Next, in the #66 20K K.O Bounty 5K/Bounty event, Rogerio Wong from Macau secured the victory, winning NT$200,000 and a trophy. In the #67 High Roller Last Chance event, Indonesia’s Anton Widjaya claimed NT$713,960 and a trophy.

In the #68 Pot Limit Omaha Hi Turbo II event, Hong Kong’s Hon Leung IP won the title and collected NT$87,848 and a trophy. The turbo-structured #69 Final Lap was won by Taiwan’s Pojui Chen, who earned NT$153,324 and a trophy.

The final event, #70 The End Game, was won by Youngmin Yu, who earned NT$127,578 and a trophy, dedicating the win to his recently passed dog, closing the series on a heartfelt note.
